Boot Shield is an optional insurance coverage we offer for the most intense jobs. If you're worried our boots may not be up to the rigors of your current job, we recommend you consider Boot Shield.
For an additional $5, you unlock 3 months of coverage from manufacturing issues during your time on the job.
Manufacturing issues include: Stitching coming apart & weak bonds. Other issues may arise but it is up to DieHard Footwear support to determine if you qualify.

No. DieHard® Footwear only ships within the United States of America.
DieHard® Footwear begins processing your order as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved and the shipping address is verified. Most orders leave our warehouse within one to two business days (Monday – Friday excluding holidays). For example, if you order an item on Monday, it will be shipped no later than Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method and the location of your shipping address.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes, except for military.
Orders placed prior to 2 p.m. ET will ship the same day (business days).
DieHard® Footwear stands behind our products. If within 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us, at your cost, to our warehouse address.
We make returns and exchanges easy. Use the return authorization form here and provide your name, billing and shipping address, phone number, style, size and purchase date along with the reason for your return. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Please allow three weeks for your return credit to be processed after we receive the products at our warehouse. Note:The original shipping cost is not refunded. We will notify you via email when your return has been credited back to your card.
The warehouse does not send out exchanges automatically. Your credit card will be refunded once the warehouse receives and processes your return. You may reorder at any time as these are two separate transactions.
